These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Vibe Coffee Shop website and your purchase of products from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline an order, including where a product is unavailable, a price or description is clearly incorrect, payment cannot be authorised, or fraud/security checks require cancellation. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

4. Prices, Taxes and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and include or exclude taxes as indicated at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information. Payments are processed through the payment options made available by Shopify and our payment providers.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Ownership of goods passes to you once full payment has been received. Risk of loss or damage generally passes when the order is delivered to the delivery address, subject to applicable consumer law.

Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy and any mandatory rights available to you under applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
